Facade are a four piece pop-rock outfit from Dartford just outside London. Forming with the idea of writing music that can fulfil its purpose in as many places as from dance floor to rock club mixing driving rhythms, pulsating bass lines and bright, melodic lead guitar with darker lyrical undertones that cannot be defined under a single genre. Since coming together in late 08 they have performed on bills alongside Phantom Limb (featuring Yolanda Quartey of Massive Attack), The Dixon Brothers, The Allstars Collective and the great Jocelyn Brown. We’ve also been lucky enough to spend time with session musicians learning trade tricks in studio from Phil Ramacon (Bob Marley), Mohammed Nassir (BbMac), Tony Mason (Norah Jones) and Darby Todd (Hot Leg). We’ve spent time performing at intimate London venues including Brixton Jamm, Camden Purple Turtle and the Maidstone Loft. We’ve also been fortunate enough to perform at the 02 Academy Islington, Proud Galleries and Danson Festival. We work hard as a band and are always looking to perform and move
